Latest Update on Gata Residencial Progress

• M1 - The first clients have now moved in. The plots are being finished. Clients are going to the Notary on thursday 5th august.
• M3 - The first clients have moved in. The gardens are being finished.
• M4 - The first part of M4 - the first clients are moving in. All the houses are finished. The builders are constructing the walls and have made a start on the swimming pool. There is, however, still some work to be done.
• M4 - The second part of M4 - The houses are being finished. The builders have started connecting all the services.
• M5 - All the roofs are on and the first houses are well advanced. The constructors are advancing rapidly with the finishing work.
• M6 - All the ground floors are done and the builders have started on the last 10 first floors. They have also started on finishing the interiors.
• M7 - The houses have been painted both inside and outside. The tiling has been done. However some windows still need installing and some carpentry work has to be done.
• M8 - The constructors are completing the laying of the foundations and they have started building the ground floors.
• M9 - The houses are finished. The plots are being finished off.
• M10 - The houses are almost finished. Work on the pools has started but the groundwork has yet to be finished.
• M11 - All of the roofs are in place. Final finishing work has commenced.
• M14 - The last roof is now on.
• M18 - The builders have just started with the preparation to build the first roof.
